Logo Design in 3D Yellow Letters
Similar to golden letters, this soothing yellow color looks fine on any background color.

Minimalist Logo Design in 3D White Letters

Should a logo be in square or horizontal shape?
Modern logo should be horizontal because it is best suited to display on website as well as on printed items like shirts. A square logo is okay for printed items but it is not good for website because a square logo will excessively increase the header size for a visible display. Is a graphic symbol necessary in a professional logo?
Not at all. In fact modern logos of most companies consists of only letters – called a wordmark logo. Many top international companies use wordmark (logotype) logos including Google, FedEx, Sony, The New York Time, Mobil, Stripe, and HP. For which business categories, can you design a logo?

In my opinion, a professional logo should be Unique, Visible, and Readable.
Should a logo be transparent or on a background?
In my suggestion, a transparent logo looks nice and more professional. However, for a transparent logo, we should either use neutral colors (such as orange, golden, light blue) or use a shadow if the font color is white – so that you can display a transparent logo on either dark or white background of your website page (including printables). Should I include brand slogan or tagline in logo?
In my opinion, it is unprofessional to include a business slogan or tagline under the logo text. A logo design should be sleek and professional – for inspiration, have a look at the logos of top brands such as Google.
However, if you prefer, we can include your business tagline in your brand logo in logo.
Should I include TM Symbol (™) or Registered Trademark Symbol (®) in a logo design?
No Benefit. These symbols are useless in a logo. I don't recommend incorporating “TM” or “Registered” icons as part of a company logo. It reflects unprofessional and childish logo design. Additionally, adding or not adding these trademark symbols have no legal value or protection benefit.
In my understanding, it is not even necessary to register a trademark – In other words, you may get legal protection even without registering a trademark with USPTO.
What are Important Tips for Creating a Unique Logo?
Other than the unique cuts in logo letters, our team can employ other methods for making a unique logo. For example, one or two letters in a logo can be flipped horizontally or vertically. You can watch this video to get some ideas for a unique but still legible logo.

What is main difference between a website logo and a printable logo?
